First 100% successful hatch! I'm drowning in Silkies!

| | Yesterday was day 21 of our first (and probably only) hatch of the year. I ordered 14 eggs from a breeder here in Vermont that I've gotten eggs from before on ebay. Last time, I went and picked them up, but I had her ship them to us this time because it was like a 5-hour round trip drive last time. Hit me up in DM's if you want the seller. She's super easy to deal with and she's obviously selling really good eggs. On day 18, we went into lockdown with 13 eggs (after pulling the one dud at day 10) and by 3pm on day 21 all 13 chicks had hatched! We got extremely lucky, but we also, before starting to incubate the eggs really checked out the temperature management in our old Farm Innovators incubator. I've hatched a couple hundred quail out of that incubator over the years, but for whatever reason after a few years off and moving to chickens, the temperature was all over the place inside. We suspected the incubator after two previous very tragic hatches. We replaced the incubator and verified the new one was steady and consistent in all internal locations. We got a super good mix of colorations and one naked neck! I was expecting 5-7 chicks at most and now I have to re-think my whole chick raising setup to accommodate more! - First time incubatingI tried incubating eggs for the first time with a $40 incubator from Amazon, since it was my first time I did some experimenting throughout the process! One egg I incubated had been pecked by momma hen before being put in, I added a piece of tape over the hole and anxiously waited to see if it would work. It WORKED! I hatched a little baby Cochin from a pecked egg :) I lost 4 eggs during the process (I believe they were not fertilized) so I added in 4 more eggs to the same incubator on day 9 of the other eggs incubation just to see if it was possible to stick them in that late in the game. This is still slightly ongoing but looking promising! Out of the 4; 1 serama egg has hatched and 2 Cochin eggs are pipped. The 4th egg (serama) has not pipped yet but it still has some time! This has been so much fun! Attaching pictures! The guy up front who I believe is a rooster is from a friend not hatched by me (he was getting picked on so I took him in)! Also added in two turkeys! - Waited all day to catch this one.We were waiting on this chick to hatch all day, been checking on them periodically since I saw the pip over 8 hours ago. It is our first time hatching our own chickens. this one is a silkie crossed with easter egger. - First time hatching!We’ve had backyard chickens for about 9 years, but this was our first time hatching chicks! It was such a fun experience for me and my girls. We were lucky that two of them decided to hatch while my daughters were home and not in bed, so they got to watch the process. So so fun. We started with 6 eggs, and have 3 chicks. (1 wasn’t fertilized, 1 never hatched after 25 days, 1 died after hatching)— is that average, you think?
