Good reasonably priced Heat plates?

Our take

Are you on the hunt for a cluck-tastic heat plate that won’t break the bank? You're not alone! While heat lamps can turn your bathroom into a sauna (let’s avoid any explosive incidents with ducklings, shall we?), many are seeking budget-friendly alternatives for their growing flock. With approximately 50 chicks on the way—and some hatching to boot—you’ll need either multiple heat plates or one big one to keep your feathered friends cozy. But fear not! There are reasonably priced options out there, often under $100, that can keep your chicks warm and happy without turning your space into a tropical paradise. Let’s dive into the best heat plate recommendations for this year! 🐥✨

Good reasonably priced Heat plates?

Currently not having much of an issue with my heat lamp except for it making my bathroom unbelievably hot, although last year I did have one explode when some ducklings splashed water on the bulb, I don't want to deal with that again but I don't have anything else at the moment and the few heat plates that I have looked at are well over $100, so I figured I'd ask you guys what's some reasonably priced heat plates would be this year total I'm getting about 50 Chicks along with hatching some so I'll need to get either multiple or one big one if that's possible.

(Funny chick picture for tax)
