Our take

Hey there, chicken enthusiast! It sounds like you've gathered quite the flock with your feathered friends—Sapphire Gem, Plymouth Rock, and Speckled Sussex are all delightful choices! As for the mysterious yellow ones, they could be a variety of breeds, potentially including those speedy Cornish Crosses you mentioned. Since they’re growing at the same pace as your other chicks, it’s a fun mystery to unravel! Now, when it comes to identifying any roosters in your crew, keep an eye out for those telltale features like comb size and behavior. Even if you end up with all hens, that’s no problem at all; each chicken brings its own cluck-tastic charm to the flock! Happy chicken-keeping!

I believe I have Sapphire Gem, Plymouth Rock, Speckled Sussex. Please let me know if I'm right. I have no idea what the yellow ones are. I know they had a bin full of Cornish Crosses when I got my chicks and not sure if they tossed the extras in the bin where I got mine, but I know they are supposed to grow fast and they are growing at the same rate as the rest so idk. Also can anyone tell if any are roosters. If not, no biggie.
