New Babies!

Our take

Egg-citing news, everyone! We're thrilled to introduce our newest feathered friends: Lavender, Violet, Delphinium (or Phinie for short), and Bluebell (Blue). Inspired by the vibrant world of purple flowers, my kiddo and I decided to stick with botanical names for this season’s chicks, and we couldn't be happier with our choices! Each little one is already showing off their unique personalities, and it's a joy to watch them grow. We have four more chicks joining the flock next week, and I’m crossing my fingers that the one-week age gap won’t cause any fowl play. Stay tuned to see how these cluck-tastic cuties develop—it's bound to be a delightful adventure! [link] [comments]

New Babies!

Meet Lavender, Violet, Delphinium (Phinie for short) and Bluebell (Blue). We have 4 more coming next week; I’m hoping the 1 week age gap won’t be too much.

My kiddo wanted to name the Lavender Orpingtons after purple flowers so we decided to go with all botanical names for this season’s chicks.

I love watching their little personalities develop.
