Weird behavior
Our take
Hello, fellow chicken lovers! Have you ever noticed your feathered friends acting a bit... unusual? One of our community members, Arenshii, has a silkie displaying some quirky behavior that’s raising a few eyebrows. While she’s still munching and sipping like a champ, she seems to be losing her balance more often than not. This has left Arenshii scratching their head, wondering what could be causing this sudden wobble. Is it a sign of something serious, or just a temporary case of the chicken jitters? If you’ve encountered a similar situation with your own chickens or have insights to share, let’s come together and help Arenshii figure out what’s going on with their sweet silkie!

| Hello, I have a silkie that exhibits weird behavior since today, she’s never done anything like this before. She eats and drinks like usual but she loses her balance constantly. Anyone have an idea what this might be? [link] [comments] |

- Help! Something is wrong with one of my little ladies:(Hello, I’ll start by saying I’m a noob and have no idea what to do. Thanks in advance for any help. So a couple days ago we noticed one of my favorite little chickens was standing kinda funny. Over the past day or so her walk is definitely different and she seems like she’s having trouble getting around. She’s almost straight up when she walks and just doesn’t seem very coordinated or able to do her normal chicken stuff. Anybody know what this is? I want her to be ok so any advice helps. Thanks. submitted by /u/woooowthatwashard [link] [comments]

- Normal Silkie chick behaviorThis is my first time owning chickens & I was wondering if this was normal silkie chick behavior! There’s one chick that is always fighting the others & recently has been ganged up on. They accept him in the cuddle puddle at night but they’re squabbling often during the day. They always have fresh food & water & have a heating plate. I have a mirror & a perch in with them, could they be bored & need more stimulation? submitted by /u/Dependent-Caramel589 [link] [comments]
