👋 Welcome to r/TravelContent – Share Your Trips, Feeds, and Favorites

Hey everyone, and welcome to r/TravelContent!

This subreddit is a home for all travel content. The vlogs, reels, shorts, and posts that make you say “Okay, but what if I booked a flight…”

Whether you’re a creator or just a chronic travel-content enjoyer, you’re in the right place.

What to Post

If it shows people actually traveling or preparing to travel, it probably belongs here. For example:

  • YouTube and TikTok trip vlogs or travel diaries
  • City walks, neighborhood tours, and “come run errands with me in ___”
  • Scenic trains, road trips, bus rides, ferries, and plane window views
  • Food tours, street markets, and “what I ate in ___”
  • Budget breakdowns, packing videos, and “how I afforded this trip”
  • Hidden gems, local guides, and cultural deep dives
  • Travel safety, accessibility, and solo travel content

Content from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Shorts/Reels, and other UGC platforms is welcome.

Creators can share their own work. Viewers can share their favorite videos from others. Just make sure it’s travel-related and not low-effort spam.

Community Vibe

We’re aiming for:

  • Friendly and constructive. Hype each other up, give thoughtful feedback, and share tips.
  • Inclusive and respectful. Different budgets, bodies, passports, and comfort levels all belong here.
  • Curated, not cluttered. Try to add a short description or comment with your posts so people know why you’re sharing it.

Check the rules in the sidebar before posting, especially around self-promo, titles, and spam.

How to Get Started

  • Introduce yourself in the comments: Share where you’re from, your favorite place you’ve visited, or your dream destination.
  • Post a piece of travel content today: It can be your own video or a favorite from someone else (with proper credit).
  • Invite a friend: If you know creators or travel nerds who would love this space, send them our way.

If you’re interested in helping with moderation as the community grows, feel free to message the mods.

Thanks for being part of the first wave of r/TravelContent. Let’s build a scroll that actually makes people want to see the world.
