Has anyone else experienced eye watering with this eyeshadow?

I really love the colors, but I've noticed that whenever I use it, my eyes start watering after about two hours. I tried to convince myself it was just the wind (I'm in Canada), but today there was no wind and my eyes were still uncomfortable—though there’s no redness or swelling. It’s been over 30 days since I bought it, so I’m not sure if I can still return it.
