Advise / help implementing S Curve in Excel for an on going project
Hi everyone. I am current using MS projects at this time for scheduling but now I would like to see “Baseline vs Actual work or cumulative works” I am unsure how to do this correctly in Excel and I’ve only used programs that generate the S Curve without too much of a learning curve or I requested that my subcontractors provide this to track their performance and percentage based completed. ANY and EVERY kind of advise is welcomed!
