Is this Curly Toe Paralysis?

Hatched early Tuesday morning (it’s now 3pm Thursday). This chick has a funky foot. I’m giving her electrolytes, probiotics, and Chicken Cell. I’ve gotten her to eat and drink and she just shat on me, so I will take that as a good sign.

I guess I am looking for confirmation, your experience with this, etc.
