is the ordinary skincare good for sensitive skin?

i have very sensitive skin, its easy for me to get very red and sunburn. the ordinary is easily accessible and cheap + fragrance and alcohol free but i still don't know if it'll be good for my skin.

currently i use versed but it's harder to find and i still find myself being red. when i used the toner it clogged my pores, made my skin very red and sticky (due to it using AHA, i use it every other day now and honestly it doesn't do anything to my skin).

i want to reduce redness in my skin and also dark inner corners in my eyes. i also want to reduce the amount i get spots. is the ordinary a good brand to use and what are some good routines?
