how to record the exact time that I Click on a check box? and that the record will not change.

Hi,
I use Excel (using Mac with out a desktop Excel. only online) and the IOS app (iPhone) and I am trying to build a tracker:

a clickable checkbox in one cell (I succeed with this)
after I will click it, the cell next to it should record the exact time of the click - That will not change until I will clean the check box and repress it.

is there a way to do it without the desktop app?
