Vietnam in November—looking for feedback on an itinerary

My partner and I are planning our honeymoon in Vietnam this November and would love some feedback on our itinerary before we commit. Here’s our tentative plan:

Day 1: Arrive in Hanoi late

Days 2-3: Hanoi

Days 4-6: Ha Long Bay (or Bai Tu Bay) cruise

Day 7: bus to Ha Giang

Days 8-10: Ha Giang loop

Day 11: finish Ha Giang loop —> Hanoi

Days 12-13: Ninh Binh (stay in Tam Coc)

Day 14: Ninh Binh —> Hanoi —> HCMC

Days 15-16: HCMC

We’re a pretty active couple and don’t mind long travel days, but this is a honeymoon so we also want some time to relax. Street food is also a priority.

Initially we were going to end the trip with a few nights in Phu Quoc, but decided against it. Feel free to talk us back into it.
