Smoking lapel ruined

Tuxedo lapel stained

I took my tuxedo to be professionally cleaned, and it came back with these stains/streaks on the lapel. Even though I specifically requested a gentle cleaning. I suspect it’s either down to the chemicals, the ironing, or a combination of both.

Now I have the following question:

How can I remove these streaks at home? Are there any tips or remedies for this?
