Scared anti-aging self-care would mess with my face and bring back my acne?

Quick story time!
I used to have acne. The past two years, it stopped. I am 32 now and want to start doing some anti-aging treatment, but I am scared that messing with my face will bring acne back?

For now, all I use is suncreen, face wash (both cerave) and a moisturizer (Bioderma).

I would like to do some anti-aging self-care, specifically for my smile lines and forehead.

I would appreciate any advice!!
