45 years old, already have slightly hooded eyes…

I need some advice from the 40+ crowd. I am 45 years old and I am looking for a black waterproof eyeliner that will not rub on to my eyelids. I’ve been using the same brand forever, but as I’ve gotten older it seems to transfer right onto my eyelids and with the summer approaching it’s gonna get a lot worse. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for your help.
