Well, here's the thing about my "most entitled little fat chicken": she's got a real career as a sous-chef, minus the hat and plus the feathers. Every time I fire up the griddle, she hops right onto the bench like it's her personal VIP section, craning that fluffy neck to inspect whatever sizzling goodness I've got going. I can't even be mad, mostly because it's equal parts adorable and absurd. She's not scared of the heat or the spatula; she's just convinced the whole operation revolves around her. And honestly?
