The Broomstick Method Made My First Dispatch Surprisingly… Peaceful

I expected the broomstick method to be a total nightmare, traumatic, messy, the kind of thing you'd need a stiff drink after. But when I finally had to dispatch my first rooster, it was over in three seconds. Three seconds. That's less time than it takes for a hen to decide she hates you for no reason. Honestly, it was the most peaceful death I've ever seen a chicken have, and we all know the ridiculous ways these birds find to off themselves. If you're dreading dispatch, get familiar with this method. I'll never do it any other way. It's a game-changer for anyone who loves their feathered friends but needs a humane exit strategy.
