One-Eyed Stranger Shows Up on a Porch: Now She's in Quarantine

A one-eyed chicken shows up on a stranger's porch, and suddenly we've got a quarantine situation on our hands. That's how our neighbor's neighbor's mystery hen became Cotton-Eyed Jo, and honestly, the name alone is cluck-tastic. She's been isolated from my girls because that swollen eye has me worried, but she seems otherwise healthy. I've been digging through videos online for possible causes and treatments, but nothing beats real advice from fellow feathered-friend fans. If you've dealt with this before, I'm all ears (and one good chicken eye). It reminds me of that rough molt story where someone's hen needed extra love, sometimes our girls just need a little TLC and a watchful human.
