Silkie roosters

Alektorophobia keeps Silkie roosters in one place: one story so far. The section currently leads with “Two Silkie Roosters Need New Homes: Anyone Ready for Some Fowl Play”. Oh, the eternal gamble of chickhood, you order a couple of fluffy-butts, cross your fingers for hens, and end up with two handsome roosters who clearly didn't get the memo about being ladies. Chickens. Everything there is to know about chickens and the fear of them. The list below is every Silkie roosters story on Alektorophobia, newest first.

Two Silkie Roosters Need New Homes: Anyone Ready for Some Fowl Play

Oh, the eternal gamble of chickhood, you order a couple of fluffy-butts, cross your fingers for hens, and end up with two handsome roosters who clearly didn't get the memo about being ladies. I feel this person's pain on a deeply clucky level. They've tried everything: asking fellow chicken folks, sliding into egg-sellers' DMs on Facebook, and now turning to the internet with a plea that comes with a very important disclaimer, please don't eat them. These Silkies need a home, not a stew pot. If you're in Southeast Texas and have room for some feathery drama (they squabble but don't draw blood), this could be your chance for some serious fowl play.
