A Hen's Scary Fox Encounter Leaves One Strange Symptom Lingering

Well, here's a cluck-tastic mystery that's really ruffling my feathers. About two months ago, a fox attacked one hen, leaving her with an injured wing and some scary open-mouth breathing. After a round of amoxicillin, she bounced back, eating, drinking, laying eggs again. But now there's this one weird symptom lingering. Every time she eats, she stretches her neck forward and opens her beak, like something's stuck in her throat. I've checked her mouth and see nothing. Her breathing and comb look fine. Could this be a crop issue, a throat problem, or something respiratory? Honestly, I'm stumped.
