This bantam hen ditched the nest for a wood shavings bag

Well, this is a first, a bantam hen who decided a wood shavings bag was a better nesting spot than the actual nest. I can't say I blame her, honestly. Those bags look cozy, and sometimes our feathered friends have a flair for the dramatic that rivals any fowl play. It's that kind of quirky, relatable chaos that makes chicken keeping so egg-citing. You plan a perfect coop, and they still find a way to surprise you. If you're into this level of poultry personality, you'll want to check out our 24/7 Livestream Peeps on Peckington Square's Fowl Play. It's a whole community of this delightful madness.
