Alektorophobia keeps youths in one place: 2 stories so far. The section currently leads with “The Mystery Birds Have Cheeks, a Pink Comb, and Zero Chill” and “Our Quality Control Cluckers: Buttercup & Yankee Doodle Take Their Jobs Seriously!”. Those two "Jersey Giants" from Tractor Supply are clearly not on the same page, or the same breed. Buttercup and Yankee Doodle might be young, but they've already mastered the fine art of fowl play, er, quality control. Chickens. Everything there is to know about chickens and the fear of them. The list below is every youths story on Alektorophobia, newest first.

The Mystery Birds Have Cheeks, a Pink Comb, and Zero Chill
Those two "Jersey Giants" from Tractor Supply are clearly not on the same page, or the same breed. One's a towering, green-sheened mystery with eyes so dark they look like they've seen some fowl play, and the other? Pink comb, fluffy cheeks, and zero chill. I love that the owner isn't losing sleep over it, since the real win here is their shy hen finally finding her confidence with this chaotic crew. Sometimes the best flock dynamics come from the most unexpected combos. Speaking of surprises, if you thought chicken mysteries ended here, check out "Betsie's mystery yellow chick hatches a cluck-tastic surprise", proof that feathered friends keep us guessing.

Our Quality Control Cluckers: Buttercup & Yankee Doodle Take Their Jobs Seriously!
Buttercup and Yankee Doodle might be young, but they've already mastered the fine art of fowl play, er, quality control. These two diligent cluckers take their jobs seriously, strutting around like they own the place (because, let's be honest, they probably do). It's egg-citing to see such dedication in our feathered friends, especially when they're this committed to keeping things in tip-top shape. Sure, they may ruffle a few feathers along the way, but that's just part of their charm. If you're new to the backyard poultry scene, you might want to check out our piece on "Chickens Got Her Good!" for a taste of the chaos these birds can bring.
