What’s wrong with my Hen
Our take
Oh no, it sounds like your lovely hen Sally is having a bit of a clucky conundrum! A tilted head and squinty eyes can be signs of various issues, from simple eye problems to more serious conditions. While it's great that she still seeks your company and enjoys cuddles, her decreased wing usage and altered vision are certainly reasons to keep a close eye on her (pun intended!). Chickens can be quite resilient, but when they show changes in behavior or health, it’s essential to investigate further. Let's explore the possible reasons behind her quirky posture and what you can do to help your feathered friend get back to her egg-citing self!

| My chicken sally has always held her head slightly tilted and squinted. The last day or two it’s been really extreme though. She still comes and finds us when we enter the run and likes to be held. But she seems like she can’t see very well and isn’t using her wings [link] [comments] |

- Help! Something is wrong with one of my little ladies:(Hello, I’ll start by saying I’m a noob and have no idea what to do. Thanks in advance for any help. So a couple days ago we noticed one of my favorite little chickens was standing kinda funny. Over the past day or so her walk is definitely different and she seems like she’s having trouble getting around. She’s almost straight up when she walks and just doesn’t seem very coordinated or able to do her normal chicken stuff. Anybody know what this is? I want her to be ok so any advice helps.
